Does this device support SD cards, and how is video stored?

No SD card support. It includes free 1-day cloud storage for life. For longer history, upgrade to 7- or 30-day plans in the app via APP > Cloud Storage. Cloud is safer, more reliable, and accessible anytime.

Why can not connect the wifi ?

Make sure your phone is connected to a 2.4G WiFi network (5G WiFi is not supported)

No voice prompt when adding the device?

Check if the power cable is properly connected. Then press and hold the Reset button for about 5 seconds until you hear the “Factory Reset” voice prompt — the reset was successful.

Why is the video recording not continuous?

If you’re using a free cloud trial, alarm-triggered cloud plan, the camera only records when motion or sound is detected. This is why recordings may not be continuous.

Why am I not receiving motion alerts on my phone?

Check if app notifications are enabled in your phone settings. In the app, ensure both Motion Detection and Sound Detection are on. Also, make sure alerts aren’t silenced by Do Not Disturb mode.
