I've been cooking for about 60 years, and in that time I've had or used just about every single kitchen gizmo, machine, appliance or toy. When food processors came out, I was probably first in line.
I ran into this little gem in my son's apartment kitchen. I was cooking for them for a week or two . . . and holy cow once I tried using this, I went and ordered myself one. As in, that day.
