Looking to keep carpets, rugs and floor mats from slipping, bunching and moving out of place? Duck Brand Hold It For Rugs is a simple solution to keeping your things in place without damaging what’s underneath. It features a patented non-slip latex foam coated with an adhesive backing on only one side. This is not double sided tape. Hold-It For Rugs is repositionable and works on most types of flooring surfaces including vinyl, tile, hardwood and laminate. The non-slip material may not grip well to some finishes or surfaces. Do not use this product if putting a rug or mat down on top of existing carpeting. Since the foam side is going down on top of your flooring (the adhesive side bonds to the rug or mat) it will not leave an adhesive residue behind like some double-sided tapes would. The 10-by-20 inch sheet can be cut to size for maximum holding power and one sheet is recommended for mats up to 2-by-3-feet. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Floor surface must be clean and dry. 2. Measure and cut “Hold-It for Rugs” to fit the outline of the rug or mat being held in place. 3. Remove to release liner from the foam and apply the exposed liner side to the rug or mat. 4. Press rug down firmly in place.
